Mohammed Sambo Bashar is a Financial Analyst and experienced administrator. A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Msc Accounting from Sussex College of Technology.

He has vast experience of over 30 years in the Public Sector, first as Accountant and then Administrator. He is a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (cna) and Nigeria Institute of Taxation (mnit).

He was the Financial Controller of Sokoto Agric Project, a World Bank funded development initiative and later a Director of Finance and Accounts of a number of Federal Ministries in Nigeria.

His career in civil service culminated with the top position of Federal Permanent Secretary, where he oversaw a number of ministries, including the office of Head of Civil Service of the Federation, the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, and the Federal Ministries of Environment, Information & Communications and Transportation.

He is a member of the prestigeous National Institute of Policy & Strategic Studies (mni) and Institute of Management Consultants. Presently the CEO of Kiyasa Farm Ltd, BMS Consultancy Limited and Director of NICSMAT.
