He is currently based in Cypress, Texas, USA, with over 36 years of cognate industry experience in Oil and Gas, spanning Nigeria, Africa, and North America. 20 of the 36 years were spent in Shell Nigeria and Shell USA. While in Shell, he occupied various senior management and technical positions, including Development Engineering Shell Nigeria West, up till 2008; Principal Risk engineer, Operations Strategy Team, Shell USA 2001-2005; Head Front End Engineering in Shell Nigeria 1998-1999, Head Field Engineering and construction in Shell Nigeria, West 1999-2000. He took voluntary early retirement from Shell in 2008 and formed Hijuka Ltd, where he has been the Principal Consultant, helping smaller Oil and Gas Exploration and Producing Companies in various roles to achieve their strategic objectives. Some of the Companies he has supported include Seplat, Frontier, Midwesterm, Suntrust, UACL, Solewant, etc.<\/p>\n

Anthony’s objective is to lead, champion, and contribute to the setting and achievement of the strategic objectives of an ambitious organization where he can help their growth and development programs to take advantage of growing opportunities in Oil and Gas assets in Africa. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in helping companies develop their\u00a0strategic\u00a0objectives\u00a0and\u00a0improving\u00a0existing\u00a0systems\u00a0and\u00a0introducing\u00a0new\u00a0technologies\u00a0to\u00a0help

He is a multi skilled professional that can fit in and play numerous senior management and technical roles. His expertise spans Development engineering, asset and facilities appraisal, frontend engineering, project management, HSE and risk engineering, operations strategy, contract and contractor management, crude handling agreements, expert facilitator of creative problem-solving sessions.<\/p>\n

He is a COREN registered Engineer and\u00a0a\u00a0certified\u00a0Project\u00a0Management\u00a0Professional\u00a0(PMP)<\/p>\n
