He is a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (cna) and Nigeria Institute of Taxation (mnit).<\/p>\n<p>He was the Financial Controller of Sokoto Agric Project, a World Bank funded development initiative and later a Director of Finance and Accounts of a number of Federal Ministries in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>His career in civil service culminated with the top position of Federal Permanent Secretary, where he oversaw a number of ministries, including the office of Head of Civil Service of the Federation, the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, and the Federal Ministries of Environment, Information &amp; Communications and Transportation.<\/p>\n<p>He is a member of the prestigeous National Institute of Policy &amp; Strategic Studies (mni) and Institute of Management Consultants.
